Terms and Conditions

2.1 Registration on the Platform is permitted for legally registered travel agents, tour operators, travel-related businesses, as well as individual travel freelancers or consultants, provided that all users are legally permitted to conduct travel-related services in their respective jurisdictions.

All Users represent and warrant that they possess the necessary authority, licenses, permissions, and competence (where applicable) to offer travel services to end customers. Intersight Connect reserves the right to verify credentials, request supporting documentation, and approve, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion.

2.2 You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current.

2.3 Intersight Connect reserves the right to approve, suspend, or terminate any account at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

3.2 All bookings and actions performed through your account shall be deemed authorized by You.

3.3 Intersight Connect shall not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from Your failure to secure account credentials.

4.1 All bookings made through the Platform are subject to confirmation by the respective third-party service providers.

4.2 Booking confirmations are provisional until full payment is received and officially confirmed.

4.3 Intersight Connect reserves the right to reject, modify, or cancel bookings due to availability constraints, supplier limitations, pricing issues, or operational reasons.

5.1 In the event of any technical, system, pricing, inventory, or data error on the Platform, including situations where a travel package, hotel, resort, transportation service, or inclusion that cannot be catered to or fulfilled is inadvertently displayed or booked, Intersight Connect shall not be obligated to honor or fulfill such bookings.

5.2 In such cases, Intersight Connect shall:

• Intimate the Agent at the earliest possible opportunity, and
• Where feasible, propose suitable alternatives or initiate cancellation and refund procedures in accordance with applicable policies.

5.3 Intersight Connect shall not be liable for any losses, damages, claims, or costs arising out of such system-related errors or inadvertent bookings.

6.1 All prices displayed on the Platform are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Prices are subject to change at any time prior to booking confirmation.

6.3 Payment terms, advance amounts, and deadlines shall be communicated at the time of booking.

6.4 Failure or delay in payment may result in automatic cancellation without liability to Intersight Connect.

6.5 Payment for bookings made on the Platform may be made through any of the following modes:

• Credit Card via our secured online payment gateway
• Bank Transfer
• Demand Draft / Cheque

6.6 All payments shall be made free and clear of any withholding tax, set-off, or deductions, unless required by applicable law. Any bank charges, remittance fees, or intermediary bank charges, whether imposed by the remitting bank or any intermediary bank, shall be strictly borne by the payer. Intersight Connect shall receive the full invoiced amount without deduction.

7.1 Cancellation and amendment policies vary based on selected hotels, resorts, transportation providers, and inclusions.

7.2 Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed after deducting supplier penalties, service fees, and applicable charges.

7.3 Intersight Connect shall not be responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or third-party processors.

9.1 Hotels, resorts, transport operators, and activity providers are independent third parties.

9.2 Intersight Connect shall not be responsible for:

• Service quality, deficiencies, or overbooking by suppliers
• Acts, omissions, negligence, or defaults of third-party providers
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or government actions

10.1 All Platform content, trademarks, logos, pricing structures, and software are the exclusive property of Intersight Connect.

10.2 Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

11.1 All pricing, supplier information, commercial terms, and system data are confidential.

11.2 You shall not disclose such information to any unauthorized third party.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Courts located in Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
